Leadership & Human Needs: How can leaders address the needs of employees in the digital age?

At the grand opening of the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning in 2021, we already had the pleasure of welcoming them: Harald Krüger, Managing Director and Founder, KC&C Consult & Connect GmbH, Petra Scharner-Wolff, Member of the Executive Board of the Otto Group, and Dr. Reinhard Ploss, CEO of Infineon Technologies. As part of the TUM Learning Festival, we are very pleased that the three experts will each be guests once again at the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning in the unique event series "Learning from Leaders". 

On October 28, the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning will host Petra Scharner-Wolff in a digital panel discussion at 1:30 pm. The Group Executive is responsible for finance, controlling and human resources at the Group. How she anchors the topic of lifelong learning in the company will be part of the "Learning from Leaders" panel discussion she will lead with Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus, founding director of the TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning, among others. Among other things, Prof. Dr. Peus will talk about scientific findings on lifelong learning. The event will be held in English.
